Overview : Provide fire, safety, and security protection for Mercys coworkers, patients, and visitors. Promotes and practices fire and safety prevention. Performs all duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications : Minimum Required Qualifications

• Education : High School Diploma
• 18 years of age or older
• Licensure : Valid State Drivers License, Valid Local, State or Federal Public Safety / Security Licensure as Required (within 90 days of hire)
• Certification / Registration : Complete Basic 16hr Public Safety / Security Course within 180 days of hire (May be done as part of licensure)

Other Skills and Knowledge : Ability to read and write the English language
