Job Description :

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality mental health services.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and skilled counselor who is dedicated to helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve their mental health goals.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct individual, couples, and family counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, as needed.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field of counseling through ongoing professional development.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in counseling practice.
• Flexible work schedule (for part-time positions)
