Role and Responsibilities

The Integration Developer is part of the Data Governance team and will help ensure that data assets are of proper quality and highly available.

The role includes developing data integration processes and maintaining and supporting them in Microsoft Azure environment.

Responsibilities : PRIMARY DUTIES

PRIMARY DUTIES

  • Integrate healthcare and financial data provided by clients and external vendors
  • Integrate data from HR, Accounting, CRM and other source systems, as applicable
  • Build, maintain, test and support Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines
  • Monitor ETL and reporting jobs, and support and maintain all integration processes
  • Troubleshoot data issues, identify root cause, and resolve or escalate as necessary
  • Optimize processes for performance, resiliency, accuracy, efficiency and scalability
  • Analyze data, transform it based on business rules, and deliver to target systems
  • Load data while maintaining data lineage and operational tracking
  • Maintain documentation, manage source code, participate in code reviews, and test
  • Implement best practices, and ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

  • 4+ years as a database and ETL developer
  • 2+ years using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
  • Strong knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQL Server environment
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts such as tables, views, and indexes
  • Good knowledge of quality assurance best practices in an ETL environment
  • Demonstrated ability in meeting deadlines and communicating progress across projects
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other team members and business owners
  • Bachelors degree or higher

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with data integration related to Healthcare or Financial data
  • Experience developing PowerShell or python scripts
