Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Behavioral Health (0.75 FTE)
Location : Main Campus, La Crosse, WI
Department : Inpatient Behavioral Health (IBH)
Schedule : 60 hours per two weeks | Rotating 12-hour Day / Night shifts (0630-1900 / 1830-0700)
Every third weekend | Two holidays per year

What You'll Do
Provide compassionate, trauma-informed and evidence-based care to patients experiencing acute mental health crisis.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, NPs, RNs, behavioral health specialists, CNAs, social workers, therapists, clergy, and addiction counselors.
Support patients through crisis stabilization, medication management, and therapeutic interventions.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
What You'll Need
Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)
Required : Active and unencumbered RN license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
Preferred : 1+ year of RN experience, ideally in mental health
Current Infant-Adult BLS for Health Care Providers
Strong communication and teamwork skills
