Description & Requirements
Maximus is looking for an Appian Developer to support our client in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position.
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code : TCS194, T2, Band 5 Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and validate new features and enhancements using latest Appian BPM technology
- Work closely with development team and analysts to produce efficient applications according to customer requirements
- Support the customer through user testing and business readiness activities
- Contribute to internal Appian development best practices and design guide
- Participate in Scrum framework; contribute to user story refinement, sprint planning, and retrospective events
- Perform peer reviews and contribute to software testing
- Mentor junior developers
Minimum Requirements :
- Due to program requirements, individuals must be US Citizens, authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship, and eligible to obtain and maintain a TS / SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of experience implementing with Appian based solutions
- 2 year of full enterprise Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivery, including end-to-end planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Experience with Relational Databases and SQL
- Appian Certification
Desired Skills :
- Experience with Scripting languages such as Python
- Experience with Cloud-based Technologies such as AWS
- Experience with DevSecOps technologies such as Jira, SVN, Git, Jenkins, Selenium, Postman, SoapUI, Sonar, Nessus, and Fortify
