Project Manager- Financial Advisor Services

Location : Remote

This program requires US Citizenship

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred in : Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, Project Management or a closely related field

At least 10 years of professional experience in the administration and management of complex multifamily affordable housing programs, specifically including :

Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program

Mark-to-Market (M2M) Program

Post Mark-to-Market (PM2M) Program

Implementing new policies and processes by leveraging technology and data-driven systems.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with programmatic goals.

Driving improvements through process automation, system integration and continuous monitoring of policy effectiveness.

Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and policy information to diverse stakeholders including federal agencies, contractors, and community partners.

Subject Matter Expertise

The Project Manager must be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the above-referenced programs, with a proven ability to :

Provide strategic guidance and subject matter insight for program administration, policy development, and process improvement.

Advise on and lead the implementation of new policies and procedures through a systems-driven and solution-oriented approach.

Navigate and manage the complexities of affordable housing real estate transactions, including financial, regulatory, and operational aspects.

Position Details :

Pay Rate / Range : $45-$52 / hr

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions.
