Senior Clinical Research Associate

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate - Oncology (Remote - Minnesota).

Key Responsibilities

Ensure successful protocol level execution of SMM deliverables for assigned sites / studies, including start-up, execution, and close-out

Monitor site-related study execution, including evaluations, selection, activation, and reporting

Maintain clinical trial management systems and ensure compliance with regulations, GCPs, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

3+ years of site monitoring experience

Health-related degree preferred (e.g., Medical, Scientific, Nursing, Pharmacy)

Experience in coaching and mentoring CRAs

Familiarity with local regulatory and legal requirements
