We are currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Supervising Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team and help our clients seek the justice and compensation they deserve.

As a Supervising Plaintiff Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of clients who have been injured through accidents, medical malpractice, or other personal injury cases.

Your role will involve :

• Conducting thorough case assessments and investigations
• Filing legal claims and representing clients in court
• Negotiating settlements with insurance companies or opposing parties
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborating with a team of legal professionals

Qualifications :

To excel in this position, you should have the following qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar membership and in good standing in the state
• 3+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Spanish fluency is a plus
• Strong litigation skills, including some courtroom experience
• Exceptional research and legal writing abilities
• Empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to seeking justice for your clients
