- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document patient care as required
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care
- Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel
