A desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with disabilities is a key attribute we seek in our Direct Support Professionals.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are :
- Excellent Communication
- Problem-Solving and flexibility
- A commitment to the health and wellbeing of others
- A high school education (or GED)
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration
- Must be at least 18 years or older with a personal cell phone
