Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Project Manager with Healthcare Construction Experience to join our team in the local San Antonio, Texas area.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the seamless integration of technology solutions and supporting infrastructure through all phases of the design, construction, and commissioning of healthcare facility projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technology projects within the construction industry, from initiation to completion.
  • Direct experience with managing design / install / testing of ICT, MDF / IDF, fiber, LAN / comms, wireless, and low voltage OT.
  • Evaluate design documents / construction drawings through review cycles.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and IT professionals, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Develop and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, code requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation, cost / change management.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Experience

10+ years managing technology projects within the construction industry (required).

Education

BS in Technology Management or related degree, PMP, PMI-CP or CCM certification
