Responsibilities :

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Transactional Attorney at this firm, you will be responsible for managing complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.

You will have the opportunity to closely collaborate with clients and provide legal guidance on various matters, including fund structures, regulatory compliance, private placements, offerings, and more.
