We’re looking for someone who

goes beyond the basics —a Certified Nurse Aide who is caring, dependable, and passionate about providing exceptional support to a young man with complex medical needs.

This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to build a meaningful connection while helping someone live a full, engaged life.

You’ll work 1 : 1 in a private family residence and in the community, providing hands-on care and encouragement so he can thrive safely and confidently.

Individual is ambulatory and participates in daily routines and community activities.

Available Shifts : 3 PM – 11 PM and Per Diem hours available

What You’ll Do as a Support Staff Professional :

Learn how seizures impact the individual and how to respond, including when to administer rescue meds

Assist with daily personal care : changing briefs, following a toileting schedule, bathing, grooming, and dressing

Prepare and assist with meals (pureed food experience required)

Support safe medication administration

Monitor hydration, skin integrity, and overall wellness

Drive and accompany the individual to appointments and community activities

Maintain a clean, safe living space

Accurately document daily care and report any concerns

Work independently and collaborate with the team and family

What You’ll Need :

Valid CNA Certification (REQUIRED)

Valid driver’s license with ability to transport individual

Experience with seizure disorders and intellectual / developmental disabilities

❤️ CPR / First Aid certification (preferred)

️ Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
