Soliant is currently seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists (OT) for full-time positions within school districts in the Masonville, COarea.
The chosen candidates will deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, ensuring compliance with state and local standards.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluation and Assessment : Perform detailed evaluations to determine students' needs and create effective treatment plans.
- Direct Therapy : Provide occupational therapy to enhance students' functional skills and participation in school.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' academic and social progress.
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress.
- Meeting Participation : Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other interdisciplinary team meetings as necessary.
- Professional Development : Stay informed about the latest trends and practices in school-based occupational therapy.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.
- Preferred experience in school settings.
- Strong knowledge of state and local regulations for occupational therapy in schools.
