A company is looking for a Director of Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Manage department staff and production operations of R&D

Drive process improvement initiatives and enhance report delivery efficiency

Oversee project assignments and ensure quality control of R&D calculations and reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field; Attorney or LLM in Taxation preferred

Seven plus years of experience in the Management, Tax, or Accounting industry

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Experience with researching and providing guidance on technical tax issues

Strong analytical and planning capabilities
