Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
  • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.
  • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow up with potential customers and deal opportunities.
  • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly.
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand, and close deals efficiently.
  • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals.
  • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information.
  • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends.
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships.
  • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours).
  • Company sales meetings.
  • Follow all company outside sales representative duties.
  • Set appointments.
  • Sales talk and objection handler mastery.
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.
  • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements / revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications :

  • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals.
  • Proven track record in sales.
  • Great communication.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Goal oriented.
  • Self-starter.
  • Good first impression with people.
  • Teamwork experience.
  • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills.
  • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals.
  • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience.

Compensation :

$65,000 - $120,000 + benefits at plan
