Sales Equity Mining Specialist / Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist
Come work for the best! Olathe Ford Lincoln needs a Sales Equity Mining Specialist / Used Vehicle Acquisition Specialist.
This position will identify customers who have equity in their vehicles and are good candidates for upselling or cross-selling based on the equity customers have on their vehicles.
Supports equity mining plan to ensure effortless and exceptional experience for all customers of Olathe Ford Lincoln.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Follow up with Customers online and previous Olathe Ford customers
- Explain features and demonstrate operation on a Vehicles
- Keep up to date on new products, features and their benefits
- Maintain performance levels while facing time deadlines or many tasks
- Keep up to date on incentives and programs
- Contact Customers who may be eligible for a trade in
Qualifications :
- Must be able to maintain a positive, approachable attitude when dealing with co-workers and customers
- Must be able to maintain a good follow up system with customers
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Able to show up for all scheduled shifts
