Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations and site activities for heavy civil construction projects (e.g., utilities, roadwork, bridges, sitework).
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality control standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.
• Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and site logistics plans.
• Troubleshoot field issues and implement practical solutions in real time.
• Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
