Overview
The Marketing Representative role at RiverSpring Health Plans by RiverSpring Living, a world-renowned long-term care organization located in Riverdale - North Bronx, will be responsible for establishing and maintaining successful and robust referral relationships for the health plan’s various lines of business as well as educating eligible consumers about our Medicare and / or Medicaid products.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Representative will provide information and be a point of contact to referral sources, potential members, and assist with enrollment in the MLTC, MAP plans.
When necessary, ideal candidate will be visiting prospective member’s / member’s residences to present plan information and to assist with enrollments.
This position is responsible for driving enrollment growth through managing provider and consumer relationships. Will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for conducting presentations, sales activities and other informational events in accordance with current state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Associate’s degree (A.A.S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two (2) year experience in healthcare and targeted population marketing preferred. MS Office required. Knowledge and understanding of current Medicare and Medicaid marketing communications and guidelines and be familiar with Maximus.
NY state health insurance license preferred. Must ensure compliance and quality with all enrollment activities, adhering to applicable state and federal regulatory requirements.
Must have a valid driver’s license for means of transportation. Bilingual Spanish or Russian speaking required. Flexible
Compensation : $95,000 - $105,000
