Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Locums - OB / GYN HospitalistLocation : Stayton, OregonWilling to Sponsor Licensing Start & Contract :

Contract Length : 3 months minimum, extendable until position filled Shift & Coverage :

24-hour beeper call (off-site) - 1 : 4 call ratio

Option to do clinic if desired

Coverage : 2-4 weeks / month

Call frequency : 2-7 times on weekends depending on volume Facility & Workload :

Small hospital (40 beds)

Provider may serve as primary / solo OB on-site

Patient population : All ages

Volume : 15 deliveries / month

Support Staff : CNMs, CRNAs for anesthesia, Family Medicine MD covers babies, 2 full-time OBGYNs + 2 regular locums

EMR : Epic Requirements :

Board Certified OB / GYN - Required

Active Medical License (or willing to obtain) - Required

DEA - Required
