Architectural Designer / Intern Architect / Architect (Revit) - Akron, OH - JOB 24-
Salary Range : $60, - $80, Permanent Position with Benefits
Responsibilities :
- All minimum requirements listed for CAD Technician (Revit / AutoCAD)
- Minimum Requirement 5-year Architectural Degree
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles, involved in production of precision
- Technical plans, drawings, and models.
- Visit job sites to compile measurements, as necessary.
- A minimum of three years experience working under and either a professional Architect or
- Professional engineer
- Ability to analyze building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements and other technical
- Documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
- Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of presentation to graphically represent building plans.
- Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs.
- Prepare cost estimates, contracts, bidding documents and technical reports for specific projects
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
