Senior Director of Identity Security

A company is looking for a Sr. Director Identity Security.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute the enterprise identity security strategy aligned with organizational goals

Oversee workforce identity lifecycle management and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Lead IAM planning during mergers and acquisitions to ensure secure identity transitions

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred; Master's strongly preferred

12+ years of progressive IAM and Information Security experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles

Proven experience applying AI and ML technologies to IAM use cases

Hands-on experience with cloud-based IAM platforms such as Okta or Azure AD

Strong track record of IAM leadership during mergers and acquisitions
