Summary / Objective :
The primary responsibility of our Sales Representatives is to provide excellent service to our customers by ensuring their needs are met and to grow business by finding new accounts.
This position requires extensive knowledge of the corrugated industry so we can confidently assist and inform our customers of the best options available for their needs.
Essential Functions :
- Find, prospect and gain new customers.
- Provide and offer expert advice to customers by answering questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms.
As well as educating them on corrugated structure and packaging requirements.
- Visit customer’s establishments to evaluate needs or to promote sales.
- Use CCRM for record keeping.
- Contact new or existing customers to discuss how specific products or services can meet their needs.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, or other paperwork.
- Identify prospective customers, using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, or trade show or conference attendance.
- Provide customers with ongoing support.
- Provide feedback to product design teams so that products can be tailored to clients' needs.
- Process all required paperwork on a timely basis.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
- High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Excellent presentation skills in front of big audiences, experience in public speaking is preferred.
- Know and follow the solution sales
- Be able to create and manage a complex sales funnel.
- Be able to manage social medica, in particular professional apps such as LinkedIn, use web tools for market research and prospecting.
- Be familiar and utilize CRM software.
- Excellent social and networking skills with professional appearance and demeanor.
- Travel requirements : Extensive travel required.
- Scheduled shift : This position does not have a scheduled shift.
- Any other duties assigned to help reach company’s goals.

- Ability to pass an MVR driving check, maintain a valid driver’s license, and maintain adequate car insurance.
Education and Experience :
- 1-3 years of marketing experience preferred
- Prior experience working in the corrugated industry strongly preferred.
- Prior experience with outside sales strongly preferred.
- Degree in marketing or graphic design strongly preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish / English strongly preferred.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions :
- Sitting Remaining in a seated position.
- Standing or Walking Standing is to remain on one's feet in an upright position without moving about. Walking is to move about on foot.
- Alternate Sitting or Standing at Will The ability to alternate between sitting and standing is present when a worker has the flexibility to choose between sitting or standing as needed when this need cannot be accommodated by scheduled breaks and / or lunch period.
- Lifting or Carrying Lifting is raising or lowering an object from one level to another. Lifting can include an upward pulling motion.
Carrying is to transport an object usually by holding it in the hands or arms, or wearing it on the body.
- Reaching Overhead Extending the arm(s) with the hand(s) higher than the head and one of these conditions exist : (1) A person bends the elbows, and the angle at the shoulders is about 90 degrees or more, or (2) A person keeps the elbow extended, and the angle at the shoulder is about 120 degrees or more.
- Keyboarding Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard. Traditional Keyboard refers to a panel of keys used as the primary input device on a computer, typographic machine or 10-Key numeric keypad.
- Gross Manipulation Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with the hand(s). It is often present when lifting involves the hands.
Note : Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are an extension of the hand to hold or operate a tool such as tin snips or scissors.
Driving Driving is the operation of a motorized passenger vehicle or other vehicles such as tractor trailers, buses, equipment (e.
g. forklifts, golf carts, riding mowers), trains, boats or aircraft.
- Stooping Stooping is bending the body forward and down while bending the spine at the waist 45 degrees or more either over something below waist level or down towards an object on or near the ground.
- Climbing Ramps or Stairs Ascending or descending ramps and / or stairs using feet and legs. Hands and arms may be used for balance (e.
g., to hold a railing). Note : Stairs involved in commute or getting into building are excluded if work is always performed in one building.
Stairs onto a vehicle or a piece of machinery or equipment are included.
- Speaking Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
- Hearing Requirements The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and / or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms, medical codes or alarms).
- Near Visual Acuity Clarity of vision at approximately 20 inches or less (i.e., working with small objects or reading small print), including use of computers.
- Far visual Acuity Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. This is not just the ability to see a person or object, but the ability to recognize features as well.
- Peripheral Vision Observing an area that can be seen up and down or to right or left while eyes are fixed on a given point.
Pay Range :
Salary Range. Competitive base pay starting with commissions annually based on track record and history. Transition to lower base pay with increased commission percentage to be expected after 1 year period.
