KeyResponsibilities :
- Overseeall aspects of the Finance and Insurance (F&I)department
- Workclosely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customerexperience
- Presentand sell finance and insurance products tocustomers
- Processfinancing and leasing deals accurately and secureapprovals
- Maintaincompliance with all local state and federalregulations
- Buildand maintain relationships with lendinginstitutions
- Trainand support sales staff on F&I products andprocedures
- Maximizeprofitability through effective sales techniques and productknowledge
Requirements
- Provenexperience as an F&I Manager in the automotiveindustry
- Strongunderstanding of financial and insurance products andservices
- Excellentcustomer service and communicationskills
- Abilityto work in a fastpaced environment and handle multipletasks
- Detailorientedwith strong organizationalskills
- Knowledgeof compliance regulations and bestpractices
- Highethical standards and professionaldemeanor
- Proficiencywith dealership managementsoftware
