- Specialty Backup / Support : Available with and easy transfer center process.
- Duties :
- Routine ER, codes, don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities.
- ED responsible for codes at all sites except University Campus.
- Required to Supervise APPs : Yes; at NE sites, charts are cosigned by Physicians.
- EMR : EPIC with Dragon
- Other Info : Hospitalist are on site; Hospital Medicine always admit.
- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements :
- NE License / IMLC
- BC / BE (EM; Consider BC in FM : at least 10 yrs ED experience)
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Medicine Residency in the last 6 mos
- Completion of an ACGME / AOA approved EM residency program (training)
- Actively practicing as an EM Physician for the last 12 mos or completion of an Emergency.
