We are currently seeking a Team Leader / Office Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing staff and evaluating department efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and coordinate all working personnel
- Foster a productive and collaborative work environment
- Recruit and train new staff
- Review costs to optimize budget planning
- Enforce department policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager in the insurance industry
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Property, Casualty, Life, Health license required
- Notary required
- Sales experience required in all lines.
