Key Responsibilities :

• Represent Clients in Domestic Relations Cases : Provide strategic legal advice and represent clients in court for matters such as divorce, child custody, and support.
• Serve as a Key Legal Advisor on Domestic Relations Matters : Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate Effective Case Management and Documentation : Manage diverse domestic relations cases, draft and file legal documents, and maintain accurate case files.
• Negotiate and Mediate Settlements : Negotiate settlements and draft agreements to resolve disputes amicably and avoid prolonged litigation.

Requirements :

• Active bar license. (Ohio preferable)
• A minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A proactive, forward-thinking approach, capable of delivering results and driving initiatives.
