About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and organized Operations Administrator to join our small, Lancaster-based manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll help keep our production running smoothly by ordering materials, tracking daily output, and making sure schedules stay on track. You’ll play a key role in keeping our team of 25–30 people supported, supplied, and set up for success.

What You’ll Do

  • Purchase raw materials, components, and supplies to support daily production needs
  • Release and manage work orders to ensure production stays on schedule
  • Track and record daily production output
  • Keep materials organized and inventory levels accurate
  • Support general organizational needs within the manufacturing space

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication and people skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • No experience required — we’re happy to train the right person!
