Pay Rate : $60.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Complete assessment to all residents quarterly and PRN such as : pain assessment, fall assessment and skin assessment.
- Does treatments, dispenses medications, and performs other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
- Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibility.

Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school
- Current NY State RN License
- BLS Certification
- 1 year of LTC Experience, SNF experience strongly preferred.
