The Engineering Manager - Controls leads the Electrical Assembly and Controls Engineering teams, ensuring alignment with production schedules and project goals. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive efficiency and team success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Electrical Assemblers and Controls Engineers.
• Oversee electrical assembly tasks, including panel building, wiring, and labeling.
• Ensure alignment of electrical / controls scope with mechanical requirements.
• Manage work assignments and adapt schedules as needed.
• Coordinate field service work with the Service Manager.
• Drive continuous improvement and enforce company policies.
• Maintain supplier relationships and stay updated on new technology.

Candidates must have a strong industrial electrical controls background, particularly with AB-Rockwell products. A technical degree is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred. U.S. work authorization is required.
