Cogir Senior Living is hiring a friendly, compassionate, and energetic Server in one of our beautiful retirement communities in Oregon, part of our Solista Independent Living portfolio.
As a Server in our community restaurant, you help create an incredible dining experience, build relationships with residents, and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant.

What will you do as a Server?
- Take food orders, summarize, and write tickets accurately and promptly.
- Ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all residents, serving food and beverages with a smile.
- Maintain a clean dining and service area for all.
- Help with bussing tables at the end of food service.
- Reset tables for the next meal service.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures of Cogir Senior Living.
If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat :
- A positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors!
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
