Job Title : Occupational Therapist
Location : StocktonCalifornia
JobType : 8 to 13 Weeks Contract / Per Diem (FlexibleSchedule)
PayUp to $2500for 40 hrs weekly
Responsibilities :
- Conducting physical and psychological assessments ofclients and developing or following a treatment plan.
- Assessing home and work environments of clients anddeciding what adjustments are needed.
- Advisingon adaptive equipment to help clients with dailyactivities.
- Developing physical rehabilitationprograms to help clients regain lost skills.
- Preparing clients for a return to work.
- Educating caregivers and family members of clients onpatient care.
- Evaluating results and progressof occupational therapy on clients.
- Maintaining professional knowledge and the technicalprogress in order to provide clients with the best treatmentprogram available.
- Complying with federalstate and local certification requirements.
- Evaluating patient condition regarding physical and basicmental health.
Requirements :
- A bachelors degree in occupational therapy from auniversity certified by the ACOTE or AOTA.
- Certified by the National Board forCertification.
