Job Description :
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Macon, GA, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with over 20 years of experience, preferably working in a smaller company.
This position involves managing teams and reporting directly to the General Managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems.
- Oversee quality control processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve quality issues.
- Report on quality metrics and performance to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Over 20 years of experience in a quality management role.
- Extensive experience working in smaller manufacturing companies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
Compensation and Benefits :
- Salary range : $90,000 - $120,000
