We're currently seeking a Collections Agent who will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers. Reporting directly to our Collections Manager, the Collections Agent will play a critical role in receiving incoming and outbound calls to customers in arrears, discussing payment options, and ensuring compliance with company policies in a professional manner.

This position offers an excellent compensation and benefits package :

• Hourly rate of up to $19 hourly + Commission Incentive Potential

Please note, that this position is in-office at our Saint-Rose Corporate Office.

What will you do?

• Ensure an excellent customer service experience for PosiGen customers to resolve their past due accounts.
• Receive incoming and make outbound calls to customers in arrears to discuss payment options
• Advise and influence customers on the payment options for debt recovery
• Manage customers who are resistant to agent contact by remaining polite, tactful, honest and firm
• Handle escalated customer calls and address any collection issues expediently to ensure customer satisfaction

We want to hear from you if :

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a call center or collections preferred
• Salesforce experience is a PLUS
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
• Have de-escalation, advanced customer service experience, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of billing, collections, and customer service procedures
• Have the ability to relate to people from a variety of different backgrounds
• Great communication skills and outgoing personality
