Job Description

We are currently seeking a nurturing and experienced Childcare Lead to join our team and oversee our playroom and childcare areas. If you're passionate about working with children and creating a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and lead playroom staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and nurturing environment for children.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and programs to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the childcare facility, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's activities and progress.
  • Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment, including sanitizing toys and equipment regularly.
  • Train and mentor childcare staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting, with a strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals.
  • Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and supportive environment for children and staff alike.
