Lawyer Responsibilities :

As a Lawyer at Zinda Law Group, you will :

  • Manageacaseloadofpersonalinjurylawsuitsfromintakethroughtrialorsettlement
  • Draft and respond to motions, utilizing a strong command of litigation strategy and legal procedure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout each case
  • Apply your knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow trial attorneys to secure life-changing results for our clients
