Supply Chain Supervisor

Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a high-performing supply chain team.·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with production goals.
- Strategically source and procure materials while optimizing cost and quality.·Manage inventory levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.·Drive process improvements, reduce costs, and increase productivity through data analysis.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.·Solve supply chain challenges and minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with sales to forecast demand and align supply chain operations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.·Experience with driving process improvements within a supply chain operation.
- Experience managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks effectively.·Experience in leading and directing teams.·Knowledge of supply chain management software and systems and how to make them work for the company.
- Lean / Six Sigma certifications or similar process improvement certifications are preferred Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation : Salary of $75,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefit package includes :
