00 to $3500.00 / mth Plus high commission with potential to making up to $80k in the first year.
We offer $1000.00 SIGN ON BONUS.

Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Requirement
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required
- LICENSED CANDIDATES STARTING SALARY IS $ 3,000.00 TO $3,500.00 / MTH.
- NON LICENSED Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills
- Successful sales background
