Our client isseeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide highquality carewith minimal supervision. You will develop treatment planssupervise assistants and aides and contribute to case managementwhile ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
This role involvesmaintaining positive relationships with clients and facilities inan outpatient environment.
KeyResponsibilities :
- Adhereto state practice laws and the physical therapy scope ofpractice.
- Evaluate treat and provideskilled therapy services based on medicalnecessity.
- Document patient progresstreatment plans and medical necessity clearly and ontime.
- Ensure compliance withMedicare OSHA and other regulatoryrequirements.
- Maintain openrespectful communication with colleagues physicians patients andcaregivers.
- Participate in facilitymeetings and present clinical inservices asdirected.
- Complete continuingeducation to meet state licensurerequirements.
Skills &Abilities :
- Strongteamwork and leadership skills to supervise assistants andaides.
- Excellent organizational andtime management abilities.
- Effectiveclinical problemsolvingskills.
- Strong communication skillsfor presenting information clearly to patients andstaff.
- Proficiency in clinicaldocumentation billing and payrollsystems.
RequiredCredentials :
- Graduationfrom an accredited physical therapy program (CAPTE orequivalent).
- State licensure orregistration as applicable.
- CurrentCPR certification.
