Job Description

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the BI lifecycle, from requirements to data analysis, report analysis, and understanding of business processes
• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Write application and database code based on business requirements or user stories, architectural requirements, and existing code
• Generate, format, interpret, and prepare reports, scorecards, and dashboards to support business owners and team objectives
• Deliver client and internal solutions in line with industry best practices
• Train users and help institutionalize data and dashboard governance practices
• Exercise strong project management skills and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• Strong technical and analytics background
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years proven experience as a BI developer with hands-on experience mastery in Data Integration, Analytics, and Reporting
• Advanced SQL coding, tuning, and query optimization, especially within cloud-based data warehouses MS Azure and Amazon Redshift
• In-depth experience in building cutting edge Tableau dashboards
• Professional or academic experience working with large data sets for conducting quantitative analysis
• Excellent customer service skills. Ability to service clients, partners, and internal stakeholders by understand their needs, translating those needs into creative solutions, and delivering on those solutions with diligence and a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and a self-starter with strong ability to multitask projects / tasks effectively
• Digital media experience, particularly experience working in ad tech industry with a data-centric role plus
