This role will be a leading contributor to that growth agenda by owning commercialization projects for new product development as well as supporting the development and execution of our innovation pipeline.

The Senior Project Manager will lead projects from idea to market, ensure smooth execution and effective communication to the project team and stakeholders, and act like an owner to inspire and lead project teams to success.

Areas of Responsibility

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support pipeline strategy from PMO perspective
• Leads and / or supports monthly stage gate reviews with leadership
• Reports out to stakeholders on project portfolio status, risks, escalations, changes
• Manage OFNA innovation and renovation projects from idea to launch
• Owns all phases of the project (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, closing)
• Leads, influences, and collaborates with global project teams to deliver project goals
• Influences and champions PMO standards for project management
• Communicate with cross-functional team and stakeholders for project needs, updates, risks, and timing

Key Requirements :

• Undergraduate degree required
• 5 6 years in a medium to large organization, preference to CPG
• 5 6 years of disciplined project management experience commercializing physical goods
• Experience leading stage gate, stakeholder management, leading cross-functional teams, risk / scope / schedule management
• Soft skills desired : adaptability, initiative, communicative, forward thinking, accountability
• Currently holding a project management certification (CAPM, PMP)
• General understanding and experience with supply chain, procurement, marketing and innovation, research and development, sales and finance functions
