OVERVIEW OF THE Administrative Assistant ROLE :
- Calendar management for senior leadership bodies : Board of Directors, Executive Committee, President's Advisory, etc.
- Meeting prep, including room reservations, meeting set-up and clean-up, assembling packets and meeting material, attendance entry, etc.
- Calendar management for President of the Board, including briefings, donor meetings, etc.
- Management of correspondence for President, including donor acknowledgement letters, condolence notes, event honoree congratulations notes
- Database, expense report and filing Management, including managing membership and attendance for the Board Directors, Executive Committee and President's Advisory Council
QUALIFICATIONS OF THE Administrative Assistant
- Highly detail oriented, strong administrative skills
- Ability to work timely in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and personable presence
- Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- 4 years related experience
