7+ years of software development experience.
3+ years of JEE development experience.
5+ years of O-O development experience.
5+ years of web UI development experience.
2+ years working in an Agile / Scrum / lean environment.
Experience working with ALM tools such as Rally, JIRA, Version One, or RTC.
