The Visual Marketing temp role is responsible for coordinating schedules and distribution of all Marketing Visual sign programs to support the opening of New Stores and Relocations. Support the Sr Marketing Manager with daily administrative duties. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support sign needs. Share communications with Team members to support the successful execution of new store sign programs. This is a temporary assignment expected to end January 31, 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Sr Marketing Manager with Grand Openings and Relocations
• Scheduling Shipments
• Tracking Shipments
• Updating Sign Communication to Publish to stores
• Administration Duties - Scheduling meeting / Follow up emails
• Sharing out Visual Marketing Communications
• Placing store orders for store signage needs and tracking

QUALIFICATIONS

Temporary assignment expected to end January 31, 2026.
