Customer Service Rep
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to :
- Scan in / out packages and deliver packages internally.
- Package and process Shipping both Domestic and Int'l.
- Maintain Coffee inventory on site. Maintain supplies in Breakrooms on designated floors.
- Ability to cross train in other areas such as Incoming and Outgoing mail and Outside delivery runs and cover and perform those duties when applicable.
- Help resolve customer concerns / issues
- Handle time-sensitive material
- Perform duties and special requests as assigned by the manager.
- Maintain accuracy of required reports, logs, and measurements
- Ensure adherence to business guidelines, safety & security procedures
Required Qualifications :
- Maintain Chain of Custody when delivering packages.
- Ability to resolve customer concerns / issues
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with customers and company personnel
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and administrative skills required
- Computer proficiency in email environments, MS Word / Excel
- Lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ability to adhere to company's policies and procedures
Preferred Qualification :
Prior Mail or previous Shipping / Receiving experience.
Good people Skills
Requires limited supervision and is self-motivated.
