Overview :
Are you an experienced leader in Identity Access Management (IAM), ready to take your career to the next level? Join our dynamic team as the IT Manager for IAM and oversee the development of efficient, secure access strategies at an organization with over 10,000 employees.
You’ll lead a dedicated team of IAM specialists, transforming workflows, automating processes, and driving innovation.
This role offers a hybrid remote schedule (2-3 days remote per week after training) at our office in Dallas, TX (6688 N. Central Expressway).
Responsibilities :
Lead and mentor a team of IAM Specialists, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Manage and update IAM policies and standard operating procedures, ensuring smooth onboarding and secure access for new vendors.
Develop long-term IAM strategies to improve patient care and streamline identity and access management workflows.
Monitor and complete identity management audits, ensuring compliance with security protocols and SLAs.
Oversee the HRIS ticketing system, handling requests related to new hires, position changes, and terminations.
Equip end-users with the tools and training needed to effectively manage their access privileges.
Qualifications :
Proven experience leading an IAM team at an organization with 5,000+ employees.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s.)
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, account provisioning, and auditing.
In-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations and how they apply to identity management.
Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
