This role is a part of Test & Flight Operations team, providing centralized support to Business Units with the focus on design, build and maintenance of the ground systems, test, and launch facilities across multiple locations.
As part of a diverse and hardworking team, you will Implement Configuration and Data Management policies, procedures, and standards for the refurbishment operations of the New Glenn 1st Stage.
You will help to define therefurbished product configuration for the refurbished New Glenn 1st stage (Product structure, parts, drawings, documents, and requirements management.
You will also identify and implement system and process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of the refurbishment progression.
On this team, you will have the ability to impact the industry by shaping New Glenn’s reusability operating plan. This role will require you Ensure configuration and data management rules are implemented to customer requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Work with a cross-functional team to deliver results on schedule and with high-quality.
Ensure configuration and data management principles meet customer requirements.
Mentor internal team members in Configuration Management
Develop refurbishment Configuration Management Process as needed.
Establish refurbishment product and process metrics for performance improvement.
Provide timely configuration and data management services for New Glenn Refurbishment team.
Assess and document proposed configuration changes.
Identify and implement system and process improvements.
Qualifications :
BA / BS in a related discipline
8+ years in product configuration management in a regulated environment
Proficiency in configuration management toolsets
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Strong personnel, planning, and project management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proficiency in product lifecycle management and Microsoft Office
Ability to operate, make decisions, and make forward progress in ambiguous environments
Travel periodically, less than 30%
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion
Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and vision
Work off-shift, extended hours, and weekends when necessary
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.
S. as a refugee or granted asylum
Desired :
CMII certification / training
Aerospace industry experience
Technical writing proficiency related to process and policy development
Experience with various tools and databases
Familiarity with Export Control regulations
Experience working in a product design or manufacturing environment
Experience in new or startup operational environments
