The IU Health Home Health RN will provide skilled care in patient's homes. The traditional, complementary, alternative, and holistic services that IU Health Home Health professionals offer add to our patients' overall quality of life.

Home Health nurses will experience a team approach to serving patients while enjoying flexibility and autonomy to do their jobs and provide patients with individualized care.

Nurses provide one-on-one patient centered care utilizing critical thinking and clinical skills including (but not limited to) infusion therapy, central line care, catheter care / management, wound care, VAC management, ostomy care / management and patient education.

Imagine having the time to connect with patients and families, establish meaningful relationships and assist them to achieve their treatment goals throughout the care continuum.

Shift(3) 12-hour shifts. This is a special weekend option position that offers weekend pay. This schedule is 12 hours on Saturday and Sunday with an additional 12 hours during the week.

May have some on call obligation.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities* Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.* Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.* Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit / department specialty according to patient care.
