Traveling Construction Superintendent
Trillium Construction is now seeking a Construction Superintendent for travel work! This candidate should be based out of the State of Ohio.
Our client is a Well-established restaurant developer and general contractor specializing in High-End and Casual Dining builds in 18 states with 48 restaurants.
Duties :
- Become familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
- Set up field office, communications, temporary services as required
- Assist Sr. Project Manager in developing the project schedule
- Schedule all company employees, subcontractors and deliveries as needed
- Schedule and attend all required inspections
- Complete and submit all paperwork as required
- Attend walk through and execute punch list
Pay is up to $130k per year + full benefits, per diem and vehicle allowance.
Qualifications-
- 3+ years of restaurant build experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent
- MUST have at least 80% ground-up build experience with High-end and / or Casual dining.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
- ProCore is a big plus, but not required
- OSHA 30
