Talent Operations & People Analytics - $80k-90k
We are a large Software company based in Austin and are confidentially seeking a new addition to the team to oversee our Talent Operations and People Analytics.
This is a new hire and we are looking for someone who loves to work with people and dive into data. We have a global presence and you will get the opportunity to work on global projects.
Job Summary :
As a People Operations Analyst, you will :
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Develop predictive models to forecast talent needs and optimize workforce planning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and policies
- Provide insights to support strategic business decisions
Responsibilities :
- Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics (demographics, engagement, turnover, performance, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and implement process improvements
- Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to drive business outcomes
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in HR analytics or related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HR systems (Workday) and data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have (Not Essential though!)
- Experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc.)
- Knowledge of machine learning and predictive modeling
- Prior experience as a recruiter or worked in a HR position
